AI Adoption Assessment

Your teams already use AI. The full picture is missing.

In many companies, the tools arrive before the plan. Each area experiments on its own, and the pressure to cut costs or keep up keeps growing. The problem is that no one has a complete picture of what is being used, under which rules, and with which risks. The AI Adoption Assessment puts that picture in order.

Across four sprints we work with your team to review tools, policies, and real practices. We look at what is approved, what is actually happening, and where the risks appear: legal exposure, operational friction, and dependency on providers. From there we prioritize a Top 5 of opportunities, based on effort, impact, and what makes sense for your company today.

You finish with an executive report and a 90-day roadmap to move forward. The report is self-contained and it's yours. If you then want to implement, we review the findings together and build a proposal around what you need.

What you get

How it works

4 sprints, usually 4 to 8 weeks from kick-off. We adjust the pace to your team.

  1. 01

    Sprint 1

    Discovery

Kick-off with the sponsor, an anonymous internal survey, and a first pass over available documentation.

  2. 02

    Sprint 2

    Mapping

6 to 8 interviews with key areas, IT, and people already using these tools, plus document review and survey analysis.

  3. 03

    Sprint 3

    Analysis

We close the findings, prioritize the Top 5, and validate them with you before preparing delivery.

  4. 04

    Sprint 4

    Delivery

We deliver the report, present the findings in 90 minutes, and leave the materials with you. Q&A is available for 30 days.

What we need from your team

About 10 to 12 team hours across the 4 sprints.

  • One leadership sponsor

    Kick-off, validation, and final review

  • 6 to 8 people close to the work

    One 45-minute interview each

  • The broader team

    Short anonymous survey

  • IT and legal

    Current policies and provider contracts

We turn that into the map

Three ways to focus it

The service is the same. We adjust the focus to your context, your market, and the kind of decision you need to make.

General

For companies that want to understand internal use and decide where to move first.

EU AI Act Readiness

For Latin American subsidiaries of European companies or companies selling into Europe. We add the GDPR and EU AI Act lens so leadership, headquarters, or compliance can get a clearer answer.

Vendor AI Readiness

For software companies that want to add new capabilities to their product and need to decide where they create value and how to start.

When it makes sense

Tools are already in use

Different teams are experimenting on their own, and you need to understand what is happening before setting rules or budget.

The parent company is asking

Your local operation needs to answer clearly what is being used, what risks exist, and what still needs to be put in order.

You want to invest better

There is pressure to do something new, but you need to separate real opportunities from loose experiments with weak return.

After the assessment

The assessment ends with the report and the 90-day plan in your hands. From there the priorities are clear and you can move at your own pace. If you want us alongside you for implementation, we review the findings together and build a proposal around what you need. First we diagnose, then we implement.
